Gratitude is an expression of thankfulness to who you are and where you are at this time. It allows you to live in the present moment and to accept life. There is no need to dwell in the past and to be anxious for the future. By finding gratitude in our everyday lives it will bring a sense of peace and happiness.

- Embrace a positive affirmation to begin your day.
- Set your goal for the day.
- Try to remind yourself of your affirmation throughout the day.
- As you unwind in the evening think about what you are grateful for today.
